Ventrilo

Ventrilo is the next evolutionary step of Voice over IP (VoIP) group communications software. Ventrilo is also the industry standard by which all others measure themselves as they attempt to imitate its features. By offering surround sound positioning and special sound effects on a per user, per channel, per server or global configuration level the program provides each user the option to fully customize exactly how they wish to hear sounds from other users or events.

We understand a lot of members cannot afford or know how to use microphones, so we're not asking you to go out and buy a mic.

We just ask that you take the time to download and install the program before coming on any raids so you can hear US when we talk.

It makes things easier on the raid leaders and easier on the raid as a whole. Like we said, if you don't have speakers, a microphone or your computer is giving you trouble don't feel like you can't come. However, keep in mind, that Vent is a requirement. So the next raid you attend please have taken the time to install it.

There is a password on our Ventrilo. If you need the password, see the "Guild Info" in game or ask an officer what it is.
